What brand of HOB Overflow

Any comments on the type of Hang on Back Overflow box to use?
I've heard of both the Lifereef and Marineland SOS types. Any other good ones I should include in my research?
I'm looking for reliabilty and quietness over GPH volume here. And of course, ease of use!
I've also seen some stuff about the Stockman Standpipe design that helps to reduce noise.
Any insight would be greatly appeciated!

I only use the Lifereef unit. No complaints although it is a bit loud but I did a stockman stand pip on it and now it's whisper quiet. Only other consideration against the Lifereef is the overflow box is pretty large so if this is going on a small tank you might want to re-think it.
Stay away from the CPR models as they are flawed and will need a PH attached to them to keep them from losing their syphon.

Lifereef also makes a slimline model. I had limited room behind my tank and the standard size wouldn't fit. The slim one works good.

I have CPR overflows on both of my tanks. Hondo is right about the powerhead, but I wanted to clarify. The powerhead is not absolutely necessary once the syphon is established. The powerhead is used to pull air out of the overflow, so the syphon and opperate smoothly.
Overall, I'm basically happy with the CPRs, but if you can find one that doesn't require a powerhead, I'd go that route instead. Simplier is better in this situation.
