What camera works?

Please help me. I'm an older woman living on a fixed income. I have tried the disposable cameras but they don't make anything recognizable. Since I'm in a wheelchair, it's easier for me to order off the internet. I looked up digital cameras and found these 3 for under $100. :
Sony Cyber-Shot DSC 650 Digital
Finepix A345 Digital
HP Photo-Smart315 Digital
Would 1 of these work? I know a real expensive camera would work beautifully, but I'll never be able to do that. I can't even afford one of these right now. All I want to do is make some pretty pictures of my saltH2O tanks. If you know anything I can buy along these lines, please, please give me some advice.

i don`t know anything about those cameras or about much about any as far as that goes, but all i have is a cheap samsung digimax A402 and it takes really nice pics.
wish i could be of more help...

I bought a Casio EX-Z57 about a year and a half ago for around $350 i just did a web search on it and found them on amazon for as low as $149 used.
Not the best camera out there by any means but after some trial and error i have been able to take some very nice pictures.
