what can i do with an extra 55 gal.

i am getting tired of my oscars, so i want an aggressive sw tank. i have 1 emperor and 1 melinium filter. both the biggest models of there type, i forgot the model no. will 2, 24 inch no. bulbs work as well. i dont have the money for a wet/dry right now can i do without one? can i get a trigger, or a lion maybe an eel? what would be some good aggressive fish for the tank? any help would be great.

I always thought oscars were cool fish....But on to your question. No triggers in a 55g, it's just too small. You can keep an eel in there (snowflake, chainlink, goldentail come to mind) and a dwarf lion. You'd be pretty much limited after that. You could maybe add one more small aggressive fish like a hawk.
