What can I do!?!

Are there any really cool fish (cost not relevant) that I can put in an 80 gallon tank. I don't want teeny-eeny ones either. Any ideas!?! I mean, I just love tangs and triggers but I know that they require more "tankage"... Suggestions?

I think you can put some tangs in an 80gal. I like the Purple Tang, I beleive reaches about 9" I may be wrong on that. What about a porcupine puffer, they are very neat fish, and will get along with just about anything execpt for inverts, they consider them dinner. ;)

It all depends on whether you have an agressive set up or not. If not there are a lot of nice looking tangs that get quite large. I believe one tang is good for that size tank? The naso tang is one of my favorite tangs. They are prone to disease, so beware. If it is an agressive tank, try a lionfish or marine betta. Both very cool fish. They are both on my list for my 75gl.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I have a 55 gallon which is totally docile. I wanted to go a little more aggressive with my 80. So which tangs or triggers did you say would work in an 80? If not any, just tell me. I don't want to stress any fish out and end up killing them.

I don't know if triggers and tangs should go in the same tank. I think tangs are more on the docile side. But, I had a friend who had a yellow tang with humu humu, niger triggers. So, i guess it depends on the size of the fishes. I would try triggers. I, personally, like triggers because they're very active. I like puffers also.

I've got a 75g with a picasso trigger, niger trigger, yellow tang and a sailfin tang...don't forget the moray eel now too. Everyone gets along just fine. Even when I add new fish the triggers could care less.
