What can i feed my anemone?

whats the best thing to feed them? and can they eat cooked shrimp? how do i prepare the shrimp if it can eat it? and can they eat flakes?

Mysis shrimp, pellets, and anything else you feed your fish. They probably won't eat flakes though. No cooked shrimp, keep everything raw.

Really?, mine eat flakes, and cooked shrimp, and raw just about anything else, mysis, krill, silversides, pods, squid..etc.
I don't favor the pellet idea myself, to many preservitives and unatural things in them.

Oh, I just thought that the flakes would be too thin for the anemone to consume. Guess not.
I understand it will eat the cooked shrimp, but the raw shrimp has more nutrients in it, so that's why I keep all the food I feed mine raw. JMO

And I agree with you, but when the wife and I sit down to a shrimp cocktail at home I can't help but tear off some for the shrimp and anemones in the tank, they love it.
