I have mhz 250w 10000k and a 55 gallon tank need some advice I have a powerhead doing 300gph and a fluval 404

In terms of lighting only, that's enough for any species of anemone.

this will be my first what should I start with I don't want to kill anything are the pink tips difficult?

Pink tip condy anemones are one of the most hardy and easiest to care for, but they aren't natural hosts to clowns. If you want an anemone to host your clowns you could try a BTA.
What other corals/inverts/fish do you have?
How long has your tank been setup? I would recommend the tank to be at least 6 months old before attempting an anemone.
What are your water parameters?
