What Can I hold?

I have a 29g with an eclipse lighting/filter hood. The lights that I have are 1 18watt 420 actinic and 1 18watt 10,000k ocean sun. What type of coral can I keep? I also have a protein skimmer, if that helps.

thats only about 1.2 watts per gallon so nothing fancy. You could probably keep some shrooms and pollups.

You need around 4-6 watts per gallon to keep softies (most)
