I would like to get some mushrooms and some polyps. Could I keep these with this lighting? What else could I keep? I though about ordering some umbrella mushrooms with a U-Build It package.

You should be fine with shrooms and botton polyps, maybe even some yellow or star polyps. The more light the better though for the polyps (my mushrooms always go to the bottom of the tank, so I'd put the polyps kind of high in the tank.

thats not bad. You are just under 3 watts a gallon. you should be ok with a variety of soft corals. Just remember coral placement.

Your signature shows power compacts. I have read that the newer 55 watt power compacts emit the same light as 95 watt NO.
I'm not sure if that is really the case or not.
When I had two 65 watt power compacts on a 55, I had no problems with soft corals.

Can you give me some information on how to care for mushrooms and polyps? Does anyone have a picture of the umbrella mushroom, I can't find one anywhere.
