What can I keep?

Hey guys. I have a FOWLR tank that has some Shrooms and SPS that are all doing great in it. They can with some LR. I have a 55g with a Koralia 3 and 4, about 50lbs of LR, Coralife skimmer, and a penguin 350, and a Coralife Coralife S/W T-5 Aqualight Double Strip. I have very good parameters. My phosphates are very low...very low but I do NOT use R/O water. I supplement calcium and use Reef Crystals. I want to add some color and texture to the tank but do NOT want to spot feed or really any maintenance. What are some LOW/NO maintenance that I would do well with?

Err... Excuse my hesitancy, but- SPS as in small polyp stony corals? What are you currently keeping and for how long have you had them (ie. montipora, acropora, tortuosa, etc)?
Mushrooms are very easy to maintain and have very low light requirements, but SPS are much more demanding of good water quality (note: I use the term 'good' -in this case- euphemistically), decent flow (which you have), and typically, very high light output. If you do have any SPS in your tank, 1 T5 wpg will not keep them alive for long.
