Marine Glow lighting is standard flourescents if I remember correctly, and if I am correct, then with that lighting you cannot house any corals. You would need to buy power compacts, t-5, vho, or metal halide lighting for corals.
As far as fish are concerned, you could really house any smaller fish. I would say to go with something like a pair of true or false perculas, a firefish, a cleaner shrimp (or coral banded) and a purple pseudochromis. That would be my stock list in a tank like that.
Also just so you know, if you do get the clowns, your lighting will not be strong enough to support an anemone so if you plan on getting something for the clowns to host I would suggest buying a new lighting setup.

Can you take a picture of the light??? I am pretty sure the "Marine Glow Lights" are flourescent lighting. Do the bulbs look like a standard flourescent bulb or do they look like 2 smaller flourescents that are connected at the end in a U shape???? I hope my explanation makes sense.
