What corals to get

I am redoing my tank and currently have my other 20 g tank still running. I have a 2x65 watt PC Coralife light on it. I was wondering what corals, anemones or anything else i can have in my tank. Also i have the light on the 4 leg stands, is it better to take the stands off so the light is closer to the water? And would it matter if i built a top to the tank, would it keep the light in the tank more?
I considered MH lighting but was wondering how much it would cost for what i needed. here is what i would like figured up if someone could.
1. MH lighting for 20g, and also how many watts?
2. MH lighting for 70g, " " " " " " " ".
3. Corals i can keep with 130 watts of PC light on my 20.

1. I would go for 150w HQI pendent 14k or 20k
2. 2x250w PFO MH 10k supplement with 4 actinics
3. I have exactly the same lighting over my 20g nano and here's what I have:
frogspawn, bubble, torch, plate, blastomussa, green furry mushrooms, brown candy cane, green candy cane, GSP, some mushrooms, ricordea frag, some zoos, favia, devil's hand, colt, some other button polyps, donut, toadstool leather

Whats the difference between a regular 20g and a nano 20? What about putting the light down on the rim of the tank as to using the stands?

i have 130 on my 40 tall... with legs on the lights... so i'm double your height and i have frogspawn, bubble, zoos, xenia, mushrooms, gorgonians.. all doing awesome.
