what could eat a pigmy angel

cant find him anywhere,no nitrate so i know hes not rotting in there,besides i moved every rock and looked in every cranny he if not there,i also have in the tank a powder blue tang,2 clowns 1 coralbanded shrimp,and 1 brittle star

weird thing, I bought a royal gramma last Saturday and the same thing has happened, it's completely gone. and I am 100% sure that there is nothing in my tank that could eat it. I also don't have a cat. I have an overflow, but there is a glass cover on it so the fish couldn't have got in there. I checked my numbers last night and nothing is out of the ordinary.
