I got aragonite sand and a reef test kit

Also I got a 20 dollar gift card to get some food.
My gf is buying me 2 clownfish and my cuc soon too for christmas, but I had to put in the sand and test it out first. I put the rock in a few weeks, 3 or 4 at least, ago from an established tank. If my ammonia is 0 and PH is correct should I be good for adding my fish and cuc?

Ok sounds good. I'll wait for the sand to settle and test er out.
I may get fish by this weekend, I'm pumped. It's going to be a lot better than staring at rocks... but I took one rock out and I found a itny snail and a weird spongey thing on it.
I have no idea what it could be.

Leaf scorpionfish. I plan on having a trio in a 24g when we find the third one. Looking for a black one or one with just some interesting markings.

They are in QT and the tank is cycling..... nothing pretty to look at but bare rock yet. Next week it'll be a month.

I didn't get anything. It's cool I need some more rock and truly want to make sure anything else I put in there will survive. Got some xmas money that will go towards rock.

Nope not much money this year for xmas. I got xmas money and will be stopping by the store to see what I can buy.
