What do I need before i buy anthing(other then stand and light)

Depends on how much your willing to spend.
I have cheap powerheads but they seem to be doing there job
 
Good quality heater, Good quality filter, power heads, quality salt, and then decide if you are doing a reef tank or fish only tank. Then read, read, read! This forum is the best place to get information. Go to the tips and techniques section and read. Did i mention read....oh yes read!

Hydor Koralia makes decent powerheads that aren't crazy expensive. I use the cheap sunsun powerheads they seem to be doing fine to me.

Seems like you have everything but I wouldn't get the seaclone there not very good and instead of the hydrometer you should get a refractormeter for like $25-$30 more and you also forgot a RO/DI unit
