what do i need for a 120g reef tank

hi all i will be getting a 120g in about a year and i would like to the whats the best equiptment to get lights and etc.i will be buying this over the next year and money not a big deal i want the best lights phs water purification system and ao on i have been looking around but would like to know what you all use and what you preffer.any info would be great.:D

If money is not a big hurdle and you want to go reef, then go as grand as you can on lighting (metal halide, specifically double ended HQI), protein skimming (Beckett-style or Euro Reef), lots of live rock (Kaelini and Marshall Island are some interesting types of rock) and flow (closed loop with Oceansmotions wavemaking device or Tunze Turbelle Streams on a Multicontroller). Some other nice things to have, a high production RO/DI unit, an Aquacontroller, a large remote refugium, a calcium reactor, and an auto topoff system.

Whisper power filter- $30
Canister filter and hang on skimmer- $190
heaters- $30
Live rock- $0... making it my self
baserock- $20
Powerheads $50
Lights- well, not yet
stand- dad made it... so free
Ect.- $30
Pipes for homemade fuge- $10
what im speding on fish- $ around $140
