I saw some nudibranchs at a LFS and I thought they looked nice,I want to know if it's hard to have them and what I need to be able to get one.

What kind of nudibranch? There are many, many different kinds, with different requirements.
I've had unfortunate experiences with lettuce nudis (actually not nudibranchs at all according to what I've read). They're beautiful, but are way too prone to getting sucked into powerheads or getting caught in the overflow. I've lost three and refuse to kill any more...they're just not able to cope with the hazards of an aquarium.

Nudibranches or sea slugs are rather difficult to keep for many aquariusts. Ever try to baby proof a room or house, even when you think you have succeded you need to rethink and do more. You must (if you have a nudi) nudibranch proof your tank. Overflows, powerheads, heaters...etc.. all must be protected to keep them out or they WILL find a way in,..In the case of the powerhead its like a fish in a blender..not good.
Nudibranches are also kind of like the special forces, most of them purchased are for a specific reason, like some fish are for eating hair algae, or bristle worms or something like that. Nudibranches have specific diets, some only eat byropsis, some only eat other nudibranches, some only eat flatworms.
It depends on why you want to keep one. If it is only because they are cool then don't do it. If you are trying to correct a problem then reasearch the nudibranch in question and try to make sure you can provide the correct enviroment for it.

I wanted either a blue velvet nudibranch,or a purple nudibranch, the reason I want the blue velvet is because It's beautiful and also because it will help eat my flatworms. And the purple nudibranch I just wanted him cause he's cool looking.

Where were these questions when I got a blue velvet???
HEED what Thomas712 says!!!! If you put them in your tank, they will find a way to die. They weigh as much and are as flat as a piece of tin foil (IMO). Only they crawl around. They do not "stick" to the rocks like a snail, they simply lay. And when a current goes near them...they FLYYYYYYY right into the filter or powerhead. Then when they die, they release a toxin and poison your tank!!
ISN'T THERE ANOTHER WAY!!!! HE'S JUST A BOY!!!!

And as long as you have the proper enviroment for him to survive, enough to eat that is.
Still they are not very long lived animals, If you pick one make sure you do the research on it.
