What do i need to do Zoos?

I have a 29G aquarium with a dwarf lion fish and a porc puffer. Lighting is T-5 (10K and True Actinic 03 Blue) each T-5 does 14Watts. I have had the aquarium up for over a year now. I put kent essential elements in weekly. I want to do Zoos to have them cover the 40 pounds of live rock i have. What do i need to do to keep zoos. Like what additivies if any and any food supplement in the water or anything or do they get everything then need from lighting and flow.
I have a 75G that will soon house the dwarf lion and the puffer so the fish will soon be out of the tank.

Nothing really... if your lighting is sufficient enough to keep them thats all you really need. They'll grow and spread on their own.
