What do y'all think this is on my sand?

I think it might be red hair algae but not sure. It was on the rocks but I scrubbed it off. I scooped it off the sand but it keeps coming back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It appears to be cyano.....usually caused by poor water flow, and too much nurtrients. Best to syphon out what you can, and reduce the amount your feeding.. If your feeding flake type food, that is one majjor cause of cyano, as its usually pretty high in phosphates. You can also use a phosphate sponge/filter pad which does help in removing the nutrients that cause a cyano outbreak. Also use of non rodi water can lead to cyano...

I'm positive it is a yellow tang, it is generally safe and should not cause problems.
