It happens occasionally. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers and they know what we expect.. but every now and then something strange gets sent our way. We EIBI or set up a new product for it if they send a lot. Then we take that product down after it is sold.
Actually, octopus are that way. We never order them but we've got several in stock right now.
