Hi,
I would like to know what to feed my Leather and Mushrooms.
BTW, I'm new at this so can someone explain to me what exactly I need to do to keep my corals happy. Right now I only have Mushoorms, Leather, Poly and a couple of Feather Dusters.
Thanks,
Tony

assuming you have enought light leathers, mushrooms and polyps are pretty simple to keep. Again assuming you have enough light you really don't need anything else. Most reef keepers like to dose phytoplankton to help any animal or organism that feeds from the water column (ie filter feeders like feather dusters). Also most corals benefit from dosing DT's as well. I suggest dosing DT's Live Marine Phytoplankton per the instructions on the bottle. There are other brands of phytoplankton available but I believe DT's is the only live form. It is a little expensive but worth it.
As for the lighting requirements leathers, mushrooms and polyps are typically low light corals and very forgiving of fluctuating water conditions. What type and how much lighting does your current setup have?
