What do you feed your clown?

Hey everyone,
I just got a maroon clown today, and I was wondering what your feed yours? I bought some flakes that have a mix of krill and brine and is dosed with garlic and my fish goes crazy over it. He finishes it in like 2 min.
But I just want to know what else everyone else feeds thier clown.

clowns i don't have one but they eat brine shrimp mysis shrimp blood worms krill and other meaty bits of flesh. good luck with them

Clowns are Omnivore so they need meats and veggies. I'm a big fan of Formula 1, Formula 2 and Prime Reef but really any quality omnivore food will work. Stay away from brine sense it's not very nutritious.

Not very nutritious? How so? Will they get obese or is it like the atkins diet and you starve them of carbohydrates cause of the lack of veggies in their diet and they have no energy? (I'm being serious lol)

i feed mine flakes and twice a week i feed up brine ( that has lots of nutrients added)

Sorry Reefnut, I wasnt making a joke I was just wondering if it was actually bad not to feed them a balanced diet of meat and veggies.
