what do you feed your fish?

I wanted to see what everyone else is feeding they're fish? We are feeding mysis shrimp, Dainichi pellet with cyclopeeze. We also give our tang and blue hippo green sea alge. We're looking for foods that help they're growth rate and color enhancement.. also proper feeding for brains...any suggestions? Also, our anemone will not eat. He looks like crap. Opens its mouth, closes around a piece of shrimp, but pushes it back out. I next tried a piece of thawing mysis shrimp cube but he wont eat that either. We are stumped.

I have been operationg my 90 gal saltwater tank for 5 years and been making my own food which consists of:
Uncooked Shrimp
Mussels
Claims
cyclopeeze
Little Salmon
oysters
scallops
fish vitimans
Kent Extreme Garlic
I add this all to a food processor and plend it all together and take plastic ice cube trays and fill them up (Make sure it is a little on the chunky side) and freeze. I then desolve a cube each day to feed to the tank. Both fish and corals beenfit from this and it has been working for me.

Lets see...
For the tangs and butterfly:
-alternate daily between nori and romaine lettuce
-pellets of beefheart
-emerald entree
-mysis
-brine shrimp plus
-mussel
-plankton
-also, the butterfly gets weekly introductions of aptasia
For the predators:
-krill
-silversides
-squid
-mazuri shark vitamins
-shark formula
-angel formula
-formula one
And shrimp gets thrown in there for everyone...
