What do you guys recommend?

I have a 29g biocube that I'm setting up after about 2 years out of the hobby. What do you guys recommend as far as heaters and powerheads go? I was thinking about putting a stealth 100w in the 1st chamber and getting a koralia 1 (the 400gph one) for in the tank. Do you guys think this would be enough? I'm planning on keeping the tank mainly softies, maybe a couple LPS.

Thats to funny, thats exactly what I am using in my 29 Nano
Well wait I lied, I am using a Koralia Nano, that seems to be plenty.
