I currently have:
450w metal halide light
98w 50/50 pc light
blue led light strip.
Temperature gets rather hot and electricity bill oh electricity bill. :/
My wife has gotten me this for my birthday not too long ago.
48" LED reef set up lights.
LEDs Count: 54
3340 Lumens
Super energy efficient 1 watt HQ LEDs
46x 10,000K LEDs
8x Actinic 460nm LEDs
Use 54 watts
Good for corals?
What are your thoughts?
72g bow front tank.
Thanks.

If you find that it isn't enough, you can always add to the fixture with stunner strips, or something like that. Couldn't hurt...

Man... maybe I should have ordered the t5 setup they had 4 x 54w with night lights. :/
maybe so...
my tank temperature gets too irregular so I'm trying things out... can't afford chillers.

Ok, sorry to bring a dead thread back up but here it goes.
I have set up everything and everything looks fantastic. My wife really does love them and she said that she will get me another one for valentines day so that all the corals would do good.

As you can see, I have room for one more.
What do you guys think?
Would this be enough for any type of corals? What are your thoughts?

Possibly with proper coral placement.....If your wanting to keep high light SPS might have very limited placement. What is the height of your tank. With 1W LEDs very low numbers at the bottom of the tank. If you look at something like the AI (AquaIllumination) numbers at the bottom of a tank, you'll see they are using 3W LEDs and 1W would really be lacking IMHO.....

Hey Shawn. Even with the 2 LED fixture it will be too small? I was planning to get some acros and such and place them around my tank. I guess that's being to ambitious... shucks..

2 units will gain you light spread front to back, but it still isn't going to solve the issue of how deep the LEDs penetrate the tank......
