What do you think of this combination of fish?

1 Yellow tang
1 bi-color angel
2 percula clowns
2 tomato clowns
2 domino damsels
1 sgt major damsel
1 three striped damsel
2 scooter blennies
2 hermit crabs
1 cleaner shrimp
80 gal tank, fluval 404, prizm skimmer, mixture of ls and cc. I know the damsels are agressive so let's not concentrate on them with your replies. Anything else I should worry about? Thanks!

The clowns will fight unless one turns into a dominant male before one of them is harassed to death. You said not to mention the damsels but I can't help it. The combination of damsels will surely harass each other to death and are likely to also harass the others. I personally believe you are headed for trouble with your combination of fish.
My suggestion would be to limit the clowns to one percula and one tomato. One domino and three stripped damsel and add the TAng last and all s/b ok. While some have had little luck w/ bi-color, I've been quite lucky. There is a dilema in that the tank s/b quite established before adding but it's on the docile side so s/b added towards the begining of the process. SAme goes for all dwarf angels. Good luck.

Have I maxed out my capacity of my tank with this combination? If I reduce it to 1 clown each (i.e. 1 percula, 1 tomato), can I add other types (say other clowns or a blue tang)? Thanks for the input.

Add 6 green chromis damsels. They are peaceful. I have a male and female Tomato clown and they act like the damsels dont exist. Also they stay near the surface of the water and resemble a school.

if you want multiple clowns, it is best to have one species, unless you have a very large tank(80 isn't), and it is easiest to introduce them at the same time, just to make sure they are compatible before you get them and one will become more dominant it will then change --- to a female
and the blennies should be fine, especially if you have enough lr and a stable pod population, but you definitely do not want 2 males, make sure of this, they can be distinguished by their dorsal fin
i also agree about the damsels, but as you mentioned, i won't get too elaborate there, yet i do 2d the idea of the green chromi, we have 5 and they are active and colorful
to answer your question
do you have lr, and a dsb? if not, you may be exceeding the limits of your aquarium
becaus, the general rule is 1 inch(at maturity) of fish per 5 gallons, and a well set up system with lr and a dsb can house 1inch per 3 (or some even say 2) gallons
other than that, plan on socking real slow, 1or 2 fish evry couple of weeks,or month and add the tang last
HTH and good luck

oooooooooops, one more thing, the cleaner shrimp(at least the skunk cleaner) really do much better as pairs, so i would reccommend 2 of them

i would decide on 1 type of clown or the other it is not reccomended to put more than 1 species type per tank they can fight, the scooter blennies only go with 1 they can fight if you get 2 males mostly to the death you can have 2 if you know that they are a pair though. that size tank you could go with 3 or 4 cleaners there is no problems with these in groups and are perfectily reef safe also with 2 or more they will hatch eggs quite often and provide natural food for your fish and filter feeders :D :D
