I don't think that your tank is over crowded, but since the powder blue and the tang get pretty big I would not put anything else in the tank. They need a lot of room to swim. Maybe you could get another small fish though. :D :) :D

Don't put those two tangs in that small of a tank. More then likly you will have problems w/ those two tangs in the same tank together. Also, I have a 50 and they are great for reefs because of the extra width but only having 3 feet of length restricts the swimming space for some fish.
Also with the 2 large tangs you may have water quality problems that the coral beauty will not like.

IMO
more than likely that would be a bit overstocked, especially with the 2 tangs, actually you should ahve a larger tank for only one tang, simply just because of the fact that thye need alot of room for swimming 4+feet is best(some people do keep them in smaller tanks though), but you may want to consider 4 or 5 smaller fish instead of the 2 tangs
jsut for refernce, you have about 32 inches of fish listed and although this is just a general rule, you may be able to have as many as 25 max.!!, and that is providing that all is perfect and you are able to maintain it well, normal reccommendation is 1 inch per 5 gallons, but sometimes may be pushed a bit, but you do not want to exceed 1 inch per 2(and this is only if conditions allow you to go this far and maintain stability) and 32 in 50 is way ove rthat(you also need to figure the size of fish at maturity),
noe other thing, the powder tangs are not the best choice for newcomers anyhow
sorry so long

one thing on the powder blue tang they are not reccomended for beginners some tangs are harder to keep than othere. the yellow, purple, kole tangs are recomended. also they should be the last fish added 1.can become aggressive over the tank, 2.needs stable water conditions which with a new tank can change alot, 3.that can cause stress on these fish which can cause an outbreak of ick or lateral line disease (which they are suseptable to), 4.needs a good alge source to graze from especially from lr. the coral beauty is a good beginner also but also reccomended to be added last or near last because of aggressivness and eating habits
