I have a carpet anemones that is developing smooth areas on the upside where tenticals should be. It also has some tenticals that are getting larger than they normal ones. The mouth is no longer small and tight looking it is larger and I can see the edges. Is this a concern or not? Nothing has changed in my tank and I have had him for about three months
