What does reef ready mean?

I see tanks advetised as reef ready what does this mean?

Pre drilled for sumps and what not.

Dubbin hit it on the head. Its also used by Oceanic Systems for the group of their tanks which not only are pre-drilled, but have the overflow already built in. I got one and BOY am i glad! It makes the conversion from FOWLR to reef SOOOOOOOO much easier!
