What does this mean?

The saddleback I added today seems ok, but the white areas on him have a light pink shade. Is this normal, my two percs I used to have never had this.

Probably just this species coloration.

I have never seen Saddlebacks with pink coloration in the white area :notsure: . Were they always pink ? Where they white when you first seen it or did this happen when you put them in the tank ?
How long has your tank been set up ? What are your levels ?

T a guess prob not a disease, kind like some ocellaris have very yellow color instead of orange, it may be just a diff skin color.
