What equipment do I need?

Just wanted to know what equipment is needed to start a saltwater fish-only tank? The tank is a 420gal 96x48x24 with two water boxes, one on each end and the cabinet under it is 30" tall, I purchased the tank with the intent to go the fresh water cichlid route, but after seeing the great looking fish decided to go with saltwater.
Please help? Other than the live rock and live sand I am lost:notsure:

Another good book is "Natural Reef Systems" by John Tullock. It even has setups detailed with specific equipment lists.
The title may be "Natural Reef Aquariums." I'm at work and can't check for sure.
