If I have an 18 watt (9") actinic 420/460nm and a 32 watt (12 3/4") actinic 420/460nm light are they the same or does the watt make one better than the other?
Is 32 watt stronger than the 18watt?

Yes. Wattage is basically how much power the light will emit.

o.k. I kinda thought that. So I DID upgrade my lights by switching from the 18watt to the 32 watt.
I was getting nervous that it was just costing more and not DOING more.
