What filter system for a lion?

What kind of filter system should I get for a lion in a 65 gallion tank. I have 2 over the back filters and 2 powerheads?

I always reccomend a real Wet Dry system with a sump. Also a skimmer would be nice.
What else is in the tank?

I have a blue tang.
