WELL THE TANK HAS CYCLED. IT HAS BEEN A LONG PATIENT WAIT. NOW IF I HAVE BEEN DOING MY HOMEWORK. I SHOULD BE ADDING A GREEN EMERALD CRAB FIRST.THEN WAIT ONE WEEK AND ADD SNAILS(HOW MANY)? THE TANK IS 110 GALLONS. WAIT SOME MORE AND THEN ADD A CLOWN. I WOULD THEN WORK UP TO THE MEANEST FISH. WHEN DO THE CORALS START? WILL THE CORRALS CAUSE THE WATER TO CHANGE. STARTING WITH SHROOMS THEN WHATEVER YOU SUGGEST FOR EASY CORALS UNTIL I GET WET BEHIND THE EARS.
I WILL NOT ADD HERMITS............
WHEN CAN YOU ADD SHRIMP TO AND IS THE PEPPERMINT THE EASIEST TO START WITH?

IF IT HAS CYCLED, THEN YOU CAN ALREADY ADD YOUR CLEAN UP CREW. SNAILS, HERMITS, GREEN EMERALD CRABS ARE ALL GOOD FOR A 110G. WAIT A WEEK AND GHOST FEED THE TANK WITH AS MUCH FOOD AS YOU WOULD FEED A CLOWNFISH. THEN YOU CAN ADD YOUR ONE CLOWN FISH. YOU CAN ADD A FISH A WEEK UNTIL YOU GET CONFIDENT IN YOUR AQUATIC ABILITIES.
YOU CAN START ADDING CORALS WHEN THE TANK IS A MINIMUM OF FOUR MONTHS OLD. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO RESEARCH EVERY CORAL BEFORE YOU BUY THEM SO YOU DON'T MAKE ANY MISTAKES. THIS RESEARCH SHOULD INCLUDE WATER FLOW, FEEDINGS, DEFENSE MECHANISMS, AND LIGHTING REQUIRED TO KEEP THEM. YOU ALSO NEED TO BUY A TEST KIT THAT TESTS FOR PHOSPHATE, NITRATE, CALCIUM AND ALKALINITY. YOU ALSO NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIP THAT ALL OF THESE PARAMETERS HAVE TOGETHER SO THAT YOUR CORALS WILL BE HEALTHY.
YOU CAN ADD SHRIMP AFTER YOU ADD A FEW FISH, AND THE TANKS pH IS STABLE.
