Don't add anything right away, give the new tank some time to adjust. A quarantine will help quite a bit, it would cost about $35.00 to set up and also help you pace the new additions.
I have found this book is super helpful over the years, I highly recommend getting it.

A page so you can see the info it offers

Tony,
Looking at your "want" list, I can see you need to do a bit a research regarding fish compatibility. Your future stocking list is basically an accident waiting to happen.
First, the fishes you're currently keeping all get pretty large, and are a big bioload in themselves:
A healthy, properly-fed P. volitans will become a 12" - 15" cube of fish (counting finnage), and will weigh about a pound or so.
The Diodon puffer will also be 10"-12" or so, and as you likely already know, are very messy fishes, thus, hard on the water quality. They require a 6' x 2' setup as a minimum (think about 180 gals). Puffers aren't the best tankmates for lionfishes either, altho the porkies are the least prone to nipping. You may have dodged that bullet, but maybe not.
The SFE will reach about 24", and IME, often become aggressive when they hit about 18" or so.
The HTF is another large fish...figure 8" - 10" and is a swimmer.
At this point, a 150 is plenty-stocked, even a bit overstocked.
As for your future list:
The watchman won't be a problem...it will most likely be food.
Clown triggers don't really play well with others, but non-planktonic-feeding triggers will kill lionfishes.
The emperor angel needs at least an 8' x 2' setup...they're huge swimmers, and also will nip at your lionfish's fins to the point of possibly killing it.
I've kept all of the fishes you've listed at one point or another, altho we've been unofficially dubbed the resident "experts" (for lack of a better word) on venomous fishes, so I'm well-versed in lionfishes.
There's a video in this article that shows what I mean by the lionfish getting picked at by a trigger (scroll down to the blurb on P. volitans

I dislike being "that" person, but better to save you some trouble now.
