What fish can I put in my Tank!!!

I have a question I have a 39 gallon Hex tank we have had the tank for over three months but the tank has been set up for years. Right now I have a 3 striped damsel {he came with the tank} a cow fish, gobie and two star fish. I want to get rid of the damsel
So my question is What fish can i put in with my cow fish, I like colorful fish? can you please help!?! :help:

royal gramma's are real pretty, also coral beautys, flame angles,a few different wrasses,all really depends on how much your willing to spend
for color....

Get rid of the cowfish, it will outgrow your tank down the line and if stressed can poison and kill the entire tank so nothing aggressive while he's in there.
