Water change,Ro water,Clean up crew, better filtration, Water movement, Lawn mower bleny, It would also help if we knew what type of Algae it is?

it is like brown algea and grows fast. sometimes in long strains

Water changes, clean up crew, cut down on your light time. Do you have a skimmer? The tang will bump up the bioload in that tank.
