What foods do you feed?

Well, I was picking up a package of frozen cyclopeez today and it made me wonder...
What does everyone else out there use to feed their corals and their fish
Mainly I use marine cuisene, squid, brine, mysis, and seaweed :happyfish

Nori or other algae sheets or chopped
Fresh squid, shrimp, clams, mussels, grouper,scallop,etc.
Then on a rotating basis~Selcon, Kent Zoe, garlic Extreme.

We use a combination of Mysis, Brine shrimp, flakes for the fish, and for the corals three times a week, a liquid called Snow, recomended by my LFS, is this good? Also frozen plankton.
