What greens can you feed a doliatus?

Hey guys
My new scribbled rabbitfish isnt eating a whole lot of food even though he's a big fish and I read that giving veggies is a great way to break them into feeding.

Any suggestions? Celery? And how do you guys normally prepare the vegetable beforehand?

Omg iam gona sound like beaslebob lol. Try some macro alage. Most veggie eating fish will devour it even when being picky with other foods

What about supermarket veggies? Or you don't reccomend?

For example I saw a YouTuber feeding Bok-choy.

(And yup I've got nori! Oh and macroalgae yes I just tried some they went mental for chaeto)

I'd be worried about all the oxalate in things like lettuce plus they don't have a lot of nutritional value.
