New Flower Pot Coral, just 3 weeks old and losing some coverage. Yes, I know that the flower pots are hard to keep. All paramiters are good, lighting is good and current. Do not know if this is new polyps or dying. Any suggestions is appreciated.

No skimmer?
Lighting may be not enough. Waterquality may not be also.
Why do you add iron?
Do you run a deep sand bed?
My recommendation:
Try changing 5-10gal of water every week and running activated carbon changed out every week for right now, and work on getting a good skimmer. Are you running RO water or just tap water?

Thank you for the reply.
I do have a;
SeaClone Skimmer - Not good
and do use RO/DI Water
Been wanting to update lighting to Compact Florecent.
Cheers!

Water flow would be my suggestion as well. I initially thought mine had too much flow where I first put him 4 months ago, since some of its arms get whipped around quite a bit, but it opens up great and is very full so I left it where it is. The stony part is about 3" in diameter and when opened, it is about 6-7".

I suppose he is right, but here is a shot of what mine looks like with high flow.
Does yours still open up during the day?

I never had any problems with mine. Most people will report that unless you keep a clean tank you'll have problems with them.

change the flower pots position, I changed mine when it was healthy as can be and it stopped popping out. (and i bearly changed its position, just a change of 180 degrees in the same spot)
when i changed it back, it looks great once again
