I have an 80 gallon tank 120lbs LR 160lbs ls. Currently have a sailfin blenny and bengaii cardinal that are still doing fine. I added my naso who had been in q-tank for 3 weeks with no problem. Seemed ok at 1st then just today stressed out then went to the bottom of tank and died? Also now my coral beauty is now sick. Moved him to q-tank. It doesn't appear to have ich. Just laying on side breathing heavy. Water params check out.

How long has the tank been setup. When you say stressed out, what do you mean? What stressed the fish? What was the fish behavior? How are the remaining fish doing. Look closely at them to see if you notice any signs of disease.
Swollen gills
Rapid or Labored breathing
red streaks or batches
slime
Faded coloring

The tank has been up and running for 3 months. When the naso gets stressed they turn almost black and get a couple of white spots. Then he started to swim with head ponting up and tail pointing down. The reamining fish are doing great. Nothing noticable. My theory is that my blenny may have been chasing them around. Thats the only theory I can come up with. The coral beauty and the naso where both hiding in the rocks and every now and then I would see them dart out. I figured they were playing. That may explain why my bengaii is fine. He stays out in the open. Whenever anything gets near the blenny he chases them off.

Just another thought. Are there any diseases that only affect angels and tangs, or are they just more easily stressed out then most other fish?

I took the coral beauty and moved him to the q-tank. He didn't last long in there. The remaining fish are doing fine. Upon inspection of the coral beauty I noticed that it looked as though he had abbrastions on his skin. Little red patches on the skin.

I'll check with the LFS to see if they have a polyfilter and give that a try. Thanks for the info.
