It all depends on how big you tank is. Generally it is a bad idea to keep two dwarf angels like a Coral Beauty and a Flame Angel together. If your tank is big enough you can pull it off. Judging by your stocking wishlist I would say that you should not have two dwarf angels together...your tank is probably too small. I would also avoid adding any damsels. They are aggressive and hard to get of your tank when you dont want them later on down the road.

i would also agree that it would be best to stay away from the two dwarf angles. But give us some more info about your setup. Your not planning on cycling with the damsels are you?

It depends how big your tank is. Got to post your tank size!!! Remember saltwater fish are very territorial more so then freshwater fish. I wouldn't add a damsel to the tank first, they're very territorial and should be add in last. I'm not sure about this cause I don't get into angels, but aren't you only suppose to have just one angel per tank? I thought I read that somewhere. Correct me if I'm wrong someone. But I know IF you have a LARGE tank, then that is possible. Good Luck!

the worst problem with damsels is when you realize that everyone was right and yes its cute but it harrases the rest of your fish to death and you should not have gotten him in the first place is trying to get them out. i had three in my tank and decided to go with an eel and a dwarf lion so i didnt want the damsels in their and then i tried to catch them after three weeks with no success i finally went and bought a 32 gallon trash can brought it into my house started taking out water for a water change and then started to put my live rock in the can by the time i finally managed to catch them all ninety percent of my rocks were in the can. put the damsels in a different tank and then had to rearrange all my rocks stressful for me and the fish.

i garentee you it wasnt a toby puffer like a valentini. Probably one of the larger versions like a porcupine. Tobys have small mouths, almost like a beak. Great fish, yet they are known fin-pickers in the hobby. But on their defence, my valentini has not picked one ANY of my fish once. He is very peaceful, although he does seem to have a taste for snails...... lol ive tried like 4, none lasted too long. But he hasnt picked at any fish or inverts yet.

a velentini will onlyu get 4 inches and will do nicely in a 30, and will do awsome in a 55. A saddle-toby look very similar to a valentini but will get a little larger and will fit nicely in a 55. There are other types of sharp nosed puffers that you could get for a 55 also like a honeycomb, hawaian, blue dot, ect...
