What is a good method to get rid of micro bubbles?

Ever since I added a fuge, I am getting a ton of micro bubbles in my tank. I believe this is the reason some of my pieces are dying off since my levels are all good.
So...what is an effective method to get rid of these bubbles..?..I had a wet dry prior and never had bubbles but now the water is slamming into the fuge which is pumping out some bubbles in the return pump.

Well the obvious, and only, way to get rid of the bubbles is to eliminate the source. With the info you have gaiven it is difficult to troubleshoot it. Usually microbubbles come from a skinner. However they can also come from your return pump. If there are any bubbles that go into your pump they will be chopped up by the impeller in the pump and become micro size. Or check and see if there is a whirlpool acion near the intake of your pump. Also if there are any leaks on the intake plumbing of your mump it could actually be sucking in air into your pipe and that would obviously go into your tank.
Sorry if there are typos, watching a movie while I am typing.

I have defeated the micro bubble problem by having the water from the overflow and from the skimmer go through filter socks.
The socks trap the bubbles as well as small particulate in the water. Just need to remove and clean in the washer every few days.
