What is best for Blue Hippo tang with ick

My tang has ick he is getting some small white dots on him. I have had him for 12 days now. What chemical is best to get rid of it. I feed garlic guard to all the fish with their mysis shrimp. But is there anything else I can do for him.

I set the tank up 9 weeks ago. I do not have another tank to put him in or I would. I have read about taking him out so as he does not infect the other fish:
2 clowns
1 sailfin tang
2 damsels
1 crommis
