Will snails take care of an algae problem?

Yes they will do a great job. I recently added about 20 turbo snails to my 125,and within a week they had all the glass spotless. Even the back wall that I had never cleaned before. Kinda regret that,I liked the way the back looked with the multicolored algae on it.
