What is "Drip Method"?

Just received my first shipment of livestock from Saltwaterfish.com. The acclimation procedure said to follow this procedure unless you know the "DRIP METHOD"
What is the "DRIP METHOD"?

basically it is the same as a IV drip in the hospital lot of people will get a small piece of tubing and tye it in a know and then draw a suction from it then u can adjust the rate it drip by the knot tightness

as mentioned, the drip method is......
the best way to acclimate delicate animals(like star fish and such) but most fish and inverts are fine the way the described to you, just do it slowly and you will be fine
