What is going on?

I have purchased from this site twice and everything has been great. The only exception is a Hammer coral that was assumed dead upon arrival. I contacted Saltwaterfish.com and was told to give an update on a specified date. After doing this update, I received no response. In fact, I have tried e-mailing three more time and even called--still no response. My frustration is knowing that I spent money on this coral and no one will get back with me so that I know what I need to do. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
I love this website and the quality of their products but am a little confused with their conduct.

Beats me. I can't even get on there mailing list. I've also e-mailed them and never got a reply.

I have found that the people at this site are VERY difficult to get a hold of. It took me over 4 days to get a person to talk to using the telephone number. I understand that the popularity of this website is skyrocketing but there customer relations leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased an $89 cleaner package from here and am loving it. I had a couple of snails DOA, and one crab, but it isn't worth the hassle of trying to get more. I emailed them days ago and no response either. That is one of the MAIN differences between web purchases and LFS.
