1.025 sg
Penguin 100 Bio-wheel (not running)
One Maxi-Jet 600 ph
20 lbs lr (semi cured - has some die off but does not smell)
20 lbs Aragalive sand (aragalive sand has 400,000,000 bacteria per 20 lb bag)
After 1 day of cycling
Ammonia - .50
Nitrites - .50

After 3 days of cycling

At this rate my tank is going to cycle in under a week. Does this seem normal?

Some tanks cycle that quick, some don't. just make sure you check it. also if you didnt already, throw in a raw shrimp from the store in there, just to make sure it kicks off a cycle.
Mine actually cycled in 2 weeks, but I didnt put anything in there untill week 3 and made sure that my perimeters were right on.

I don't know what normal would be. My 35 gallon took 5 weeks to cycle, but I didn't have as much lr as you do and like some of the unknowing beginners I started with tap water!

You want to make sure that you have a full cycle before adding anything. I would add a full raw cocktail shrimp to get the cycle going strong. Let it completely dissolve, then start testing the water.
