I went to check on my tank today and found my Duncan with what appears to be a hole on the side. I have had it for almost 2 years now with no other issues or problems. It is still open and happy looking...

I had a duncan that did exactly the same thing for no reason at all. It seems to be fairly common that this happens to what seems to be a healthy duncan.
Do you feed it often?
