what is in my tank?

i have noticed while being bored and looking at the tank way to much one of my LR has some sort of something coming out of it.. its alive cause it moved kinda like a octopus. i drew a picture of it... ( its bad)
its the rock with what it looks like coming out of it. and on the side is a close up. its red with whit stripes and whit hairs that come off the side
its about 2 stings thick.
it only comes out of the one rock
