What is it? Clam babies?

When i baught some live rock it came with a little clam(or i think) ( no more than 1 cm). at first the clam just sat around. after two weeks i noticed one night it started to open... then a small kinda tube came out. from the tube the clam was releasing little tiny stringey things. they then attached themselves to my glass sides. The clam then dissapeared under the substrate. the morning after i noticed a little think with a little head stuck to glass with the small striings. it was about 1/2 cm. If anyone has ANY INFORMATION please reply!

more of a commment than an answer but...
i have like 5 of tose on my live roc right now. i got all the rock a week ago,and it has a tn of life on it. i havent seen my clammythings move yet, but there are colonies of 2-3 scatter around.
